MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
So I woke up this morning at ten o'clock and didn't really realize it was Christmas. We did Christmas a little different this year...Rusty and I decided to purchase a tv and blue ray player because we got a reallllyyyyy good deal on them but said we weren't going to buy lots of little presents for each other but we decided on getting a mutual gift of a ipod touch-we both are having fun playing with it. Last year we had gifts to open on Christmas and that was deffinately lots of fun.
After we hurried and got ready; we went over to my parents and opened some gifts and hung out. All the Sharpy's came over for dinner at three. So in the mean time we went and saw some of our nieces and nephews. It was fun. That's what I love about Christmas family, fun, food, movies, and of course the True Meaning! To say the least it has been a fabulous Christmas....It was Rusty and I second Christmas. How time flies!!! Well, Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night!

Rusty's Home
So Rusty came HOME!! He has been on a work trip all last week...I missed him soooo much! I had my Work Christmas Party last night. It was a lot of fun...we went out to dinner at Charlestons and then to Dr. Davis's Home and played some games and played a white elephant game that he bought all the gifts for. It was fun and I ended up getting this cute thing for my apartment...It is a white board/cork board/ mail drop box/hangers/charging center....I'll have to take a pic! To say the least it was fun to see everyone from work outside of work!
I then meet Rusty at my Parents house for our long awaited Reunion!! hahaha We then came back to our house and opened my gift from my party and just hung out until I feel asleep on the couch. We both were exhausted.

Thanksgiving Day
So once a year we all get together as families and eat the same meal! I love it...It is nice to have a day off just to relax and eat. That is my kind of day. So first, we went over to my Grandma Addington's. There was lots of yummy food that I stuffed myself with! It is kinda wierd sometimes that I am the only grandkid married and all my cousins are rusty's neices and nephews ages! I think Rusty likes being the "Oldest" in my family because he is looked up to where as in his family he is the "Youngest." So that was fun...then we went to Mom and Dad Fife and her setup was so pretty...I was too full to eat...It was just Rusty and I, Greg and Meggen and thier family and the Hines (Meggens fam). We hung out there and chated and then we all hopped into the car as it was pouring rain to go to the Zoo lights We were crazy but it wasn't raining when we got there. We wondered around a bit and we got to hold Ms. Scarlet. She is just a beautiful baby that brings joy to everyone!
Since this day was a day of gratitude I want to write what I am most thankful for! First and foremost I am thankful for My Husband Rusty. He is such a joy in my life. I honestly don't know what I would do with out him. He makes me laugh harder than anyone I know. He calms me down because I get a little high strung sometimes! He is such a great example of the pure love of Christ and is one of the most humble people I know. He is such a great example to me. I am also extremely grateful for my family- my mom, dad, Michael, Craig, Rachel, and Rebecka. They are the best!! I am also thankful for Rusty's family-growing up I used to think how all families are the same and when Rusty and I got married it confirmed a no to that. My family deffinately has it'squirks and Rusty's family does too...but we LOVE them both just the same!! I am grateful for the time I had with my Grandpa Sharpy here on this earth. I miss him a great Deal...He always made me laugh somehow. I love him so much. I am grateful for the Gospel in my life and the focus it gives me.

We remodeled there house one night when we were suppose to watch a movie on a Friday night we decided to knock out the ugly 1950's faux beams and the drop in the wall and it opened up so much!! So I am starting to blog!
So I am starting to blog. I figure my mom has a blog so she is one up on me. I want her to update her's like pronto. Pretty soon I am going to have my camera working again so I can upload photos on this thing! I want my mom to show me to have a cute background because I deffinately don't have one or do I know how to get one yet!
So life for me in a nut shell goes a little like this...Rusty and I have been married for a year and a half come January how time flies! We have had our fair share of moving around this past year and a half...First we lived at Rusty's parents waiting for our rental to be ready for us to move in and we moved in and lived there two months when we decided the yipping dog and 1970's appliances were not worth saving an extra penny every month! Then we moved into Jim and Amy Fife's Poolhouse...that was sure fun while it lasted and at last we finally feel on our own in our little apartment in Azul Apartments! We love it! The ward we live in is humungesss!!! We teach the six year olds in our ward primary and they are a crack up! We love the sweet spirit and vibrant personality each of them bring to our class!
Rusty works for Arete Sleep Health as a Regional Clinical Manager. He is one hard worker and is continuing his degree online at the moment in business management. Business facinates him and has ever since he was little! As for me, I work for Dr. Nile M. Davis Orthodontics as the Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator. Work is a little crazy lately with lots of changes but hopefully everything will settle soon!
We are super excited about the holidays! This time of year is my favorite...It helps the whole world calm down a bit and think of what is really important (FAMILY!!) Well, I am off to bed another day over!
